Cozii Housing Accommodations provides fully-furnished rental units that are available on a month-to-month basis. The rental rate includes all utilities and internet.
No. We are not a hotel or extended stay type of business. All of our units are privately owned and fully furnished, much like a vacation rental. “Bookings” are leases for a specific property and are structured similar to a traditional rental for a specific rental term.
All of our properties are equipped with housewares such as a fully stocked kitchen, as well as bed linens, towels, and electronics. Some basic amenities will be provided upon check-in to get you started such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand/dish soap.
Most of our properties are pet-friendly. There are weight, breed, and number of pet restrictions, so please refer to the property description or inquire with us directly. There is an additional $250/pet, non-refundable pet fee required.
Yes, all units have a private full-sized washer and dryer inside.
The rental rate covers one month of rent (prorated on a 4-week/28-day month) and all major utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, and basic internet. (THERE IS A UTILITY CAP ON GAS AN ELECTRIC USAGE - TO AVOID NEGLEGENT USAGE - PLEASE SEE PROPERTY DETAILS)
We require a fully-refundable security deposit that will vary between $1,500 and a full month’s rent, based on your application and the lease term.
We require a 30-day notice to vacate. If you select a month-to-month lease structure, you will be provided 30-day Notice to Vacate form that you can submit at any time you are ready to give notice (for checkout on or after your initial lease term). If you select a firm checkout date, no notice to vacate is needed. For more information, please reach out to us.
Within 24 hours of check-out, you will fill out our online check-out form which includes your forwarding information and desired deposit return method. Your deposit will be processed once we receive the property inspection report, and you can expect to receive it within 30 days of check-out provided there is no damage, smoking, missing items or keys, and the lease was fulfilled to term.

No we do not , it would be such a hassle to hold a property management license in every state and would make scaling our operations much more difficult .Therefore we've come up with a unique solution that has us use a specialized lease agreement with specific provisions and permissions that allow us to sublease your unit to our clients.
The standard rate for the management of midterm rentals range upward of 30-35%/ Our fees are below what is considered industry standard though we take great pride in our work and services we provide .
We get this question very often and though we are more than willing to share a few common platforms , we prefer to keep most of our marketing strategies a secret as it is what allows us to be and stay in business !
The on-boarding fee is for the listing and marketing of your unit, it helps us cover the cost of marketing your property on certain paid platforms.
Not at all , you are free to market on your own or even use another management company , there is no obligation to use us or accept the booking inquires we provide you, but please us keep us informed so we may black out and block dates on our end !
